About Sleepeez:

Similar to Sleepeez but with kids in mind! Does not contain ashwaghanda and has double the chamomile. This is a hand curated herbal tea blend with specific herbs to support a relaxing evening and promote quality sleep

Valerian root has been used since the Middle Ages to support sleep disorders such as insomnia.

Passion flower has been known for many benefits as well as promoting sleep, but also being an enjoyable tea so it was an easy choice to make passion flower the base herb for this tea.

Sleepeez blend has an earthy and fragrant aroma with a delicate yet mild palette 

Brewing Instructions:

add 1/2-1 tsp to 4-6 oz of boiling water. Steep 15 mins, strain

suggested to start tea 3hrs before bed and consume 1-2 cups
